Used Items

  • All 2nd, 3rd, 4th Generation Night vision products.
  • All thermal imaging products.
  • All products that have already been mounted, or installed.
  • Any "Special Order" item..
  • Any item that has been customized for your specific needs

You must obtain an RMA number within 5 business days of receiving your original purchase. You can do this by calling our toll free number or by e-mailing us at customerservice@opticsdome.com. Your return shipment has to be post marked no later then 5 business days after you have obtained an RMA number, and the RMA number must be on the box. Only returns with an authorized RMA number will be accepted. All returns are in a form of a store credit unless returned within 30 days of purchase. If your package was damaged in shipping you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or sooner if possible), so we can claim this to UPS and get a new package out to you ASAP! We do understand that if an item arrives damaged this is not your fault and we will reship your new package free of charge. For defective or shipped in error items OpticsDome.com will reimburse the delivery costs to ship the product back to us.
